By using the Edu Play Book app you irrevocably agree to be bound by the general Terms of Service. The Terms of Service are an addition to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the Terms of Service or Privacy Statement, do not use the app or our service.
You are responsible for ensuring the security of personal information held on your computer, mobile or other device.
Edu Play Book offers (grand)parents the opportunity to go on an educational adventure together with their (grand)children. Every adventure (story) consists of illustrations, text and sounds for the children to enjoy while learning. Some stories are free for the user, others are paid features.
The user is able to create an account for Edu Play Book. When creating the account, you agree to provide us accurate information and keep it up-to-date at all times. If you have reason to believe that your account is no longer secure, you may notify Edu Play Book. Do not share personal information with others.
Edu Play Book may at any time and in its sole discretion without prior warning or notice:
Users can always unsubscribe from our services. Send us a mail at feedback@kids-books.app, and we will delete your account.
A subscription is not mandatory for making use of the Edu Play Book. A subscription offers the user the opportunity to explore more features within the Edu Play Book app. The user is also able to buy tokens, with which the user can buy the features. A ‘premium key’ will unlock all the books in the Edu Play Book app, and you are able to read these books for as long as you have access to your account. Edu Play Book also offers the option to subscribe per month, in which the user gets access to the features for a full month.
Your account will be charged once at the point of purchase, and once every 24 hours of the current period if auto-renew is enabled. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours prior the end of the current period. When making use of the App Store and your iTunes account, you iTunes account will be charged.
In case you do not renew your subscription, you automatically will get access to the free version of Edu Play Book again
The Edu Play Book service as well as its content are protected by intellectual property. By using the app, you agree to respect Edu Play Book Intellectual Rights, as well as those generally owned by anybody else, in particular not to copy, forward, download or share content of the app without obtaining the necessary permissions of the rightful owners.
If one or more points in this article is/are breached, Edu Play Book will be entitled to remove the content in question and suspend your licence to use the app without notice or compensation. Any suggestion that you pass on to Edu Play Book to adapt or improve our services may be used by Edu Play Book or her partners free of charge, irrevocably and without any conditions.
Privacy is a priority for Edu Play Book. We process your user data in order to provide the Edu Play Book services. We recommend you to read our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your data. When you have any question about your privacy, contact us at feedback@kids-books.app.
Use of the Edu Play Book services is at your own risk. Edu Play Book B.V. and our third parties are not responsible for any damages, losses and expenses regarding the use or the effect of using our services. This includes, but is not limited to: (I) your access to use the service, or inability to do so (II) the conduct or content of other users or third parties on, through or following use of the service.
Dutch law is applied on this agreement. Any dispute between Edu Play Book B.V. and you will be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of its registered offices in The Netherlands.
